Student does not receive the scholarship or discount in the semester in which an academic warning or disciplinary punishment is given
Summer semesters grants or discounts do not apply
Submitting the application does not guarantee receiving the grant or discount
Conditions for applying for a grant or discount
student pays from his/her “private expense”
Student is registered and attending from at least one semester
The GPA average for student should not be less than 2.00 points
Student demonstrates the need for a scholarship or discount
Student should not have been exposed to any disciplinary punishment
Procedures for providing the grant or discount
Submission of grant or discount request to the Student Affairs using the approved form (hand-over or electronic submission) during the first and second semesters of each academic year
Submission of the required documents and papers: a bank account statement, a salary certificate, a copy of the employment contract, a copy of the passport, a residence permit for non-citizens, a medical report (Health condition), and any other supporting documents. The student support committee reviews the documents and information provided.
The applicant is contacted and informed of the decision.
