• Organize periodic renewal of residence visas, contrast, and licenses as per MOHRE-UAE policies.

  • Submission of correct documentation for visa and licenses applications to the Tasheel and MOHRE.

  • Coordinate with HR head for new academic and administrative employees’ medical tests and Emirates ID applications

  • Act as representative of the University and deal with authorities in, ministries, municipalities, airports, police stations, hospitals, hotels, etc.

  • Attend to inquiries by academic and administrative staff corresponding to PR functions

  • Assist and support new and existing academic and administrative staff on requirements such as driving license and car registrations, purchasing or renting real estate properties and other legal requirements

  • Renew certificates and licenses of the university’s legal entities in the UAE

  • Prepare documents as per the requirement of legal authorities

  • Maintain confidentiality of university documents and academic and administrative staffs’ official and legal paper works

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by HR Head
