The College of Arts and Humanities at Al Falah University endeavored to spread awareness among its students and ensure they are benefitting from their academic and educational undertakings. With the University’s vision to spread a culture of tolerance and brotherhood among students of various nationalities, the College organized a virtual session via Microsoft Teams and hosted Prof. Abdul-Rahman Al-Kilani.
During the session, Prof. Al-Kilani talked about how daily life is inconsistent because of the various circumstances and conditions that if affect how we interact with one another. He also added that mutual respect must be presented and observed so that love prevails among members of society even if there is a dispute between or disagreement, this does not affect the basis of brotherhood and humanity.
Prof. Kilani also noted that the main objective of the talk is to be aware of how each other live and to look after each other. "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted" Ayah 13- Surah al-Hujurat
Dr. Samer Abdel-Hadi, Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities together with students, academic, and administrative staff members attended the meeting.
