A delegation from Al Falah University headed by the Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, Dr. Samer Abdel-Hadi, discussed with the Secretary-General of the Taqdeer Award Major Khaled Ismail various ways of cooperation between the University and the organization in the scientific and media fields. Apart from Dr. Abdel Hadi, Dr. Rene Abokhoza from College of Mass Communication, Mr. Ahmad Raza, Director of Human Resources and Mr. Jehad Soudi, Director of Finance also attended the meeting. 

Dr. Abdel-Hadi stated that the award helped in strengthening the efforts of establishments that support sustainable policies and standards, not to mention ensuring the equal rights and duties of business owners and employers. 

Major Khaled Ismail added that the award is the result of tireless efforts and cooperation between government and private institutions to promote a culture of excellence in the labor sector and make it part of the identity and global reputation of the UAE and Dubai.

The award, which received great attention from His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, aims to strengthen Dubai's position as a friendly city for workers, and to put the UAE on the map of the pioneering and distinguished countries in the field of workers' care.
