Prof. Adi Arida, President of Al Falah University, and his accompanying delegation met H.E. Prof. Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Kandari, Counsellor and Head of the Cultural Attaché of the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait in Dubai, to discuss ways to collaborate between the two parties in various academic, training and community engagement activities. 

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the idea of ​​sending students from the State of Kuwait to study at Al Falah University and providing an advanced educational environment for the students. The academic programs offered by Al Falah University via its various Colleges were enumerated and how obtaining a degree from the University would enhance students’ skills and improve their credentials to respond to the requirements of the labor market and to keep pace with the aspirations of the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries for the future.

H.E. Prof. Al-Kandari lauded the achievements of Al Falah University, the level of education and services provided, and the role played by the University’s administration in contributing to the development process. He also expressed his appreciation with the University’s visit and his support and cooperation to inform the students of the benefits of studying in UAE in general, and in AFU in particular. 

The visit of the Al Falah University delegation comes within the framework of joint efforts to open new horizons of fruitful cooperation between the University, as an educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates, and the Consulate General of Kuwait in various fields, especially academic and training, and community engagement.

Towards the end of the meeting, Prof. Arida thanked H.E. Prof. Al-Kandari for the warm reception and hospitality, wishing Kuwait further progress and advancement, and a continuous cooperation between Al Falah University and the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait.
