As part of the Ecosystems and Human Health course, Al Falah University students visited WETEX 2019, organized by DEWA under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance. Several students and faculty members visited the various participants' pavilions showcasing ideas and innovative solutions in renewable energy.

The delegation from Al Falah University interacted with representatives of various companies and gained insight into the use and provision of clean energy. The University seeks to participate in noteworthy events to engage the students in the practical application of theoretical knowledge learned in class. In addition to experiencing and interacting with international leaders in the sectors of alternative energy.

WETEX showcases state-of-the-art technology and equipment for renewable energy, air cleaning and purification equipment, protection systems, refrigeration and heating equipment, firefighting equipment and systems, safety equipment, power transformers and electronic system monitoring solutions. The exhibition also provided an opportunity for visitors to learn about the latest technology in water treatment plants, desalination, all kinds of pipes and coolers and water heaters.
