The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Falah University organized a scientific meeting on "Physical Activity LifeStyle for Disease Prevention" presented by Dr. Omar Al Lala.

During the event, the doctor introduced a number of tips that encourage continuous exercise for example even when watching television by the use of hand-held weights or stretching exercises while watching your favorite TV shows to keep the body active.

He also urged the attendees to wake up early and take advantage of the extra morning time to walk around the neighborhood, as well as to train the body to eat always eat healthily.
