In the framework of strengthening joint cooperation consistent with the university's strategy which seeks to expand the horizons of collaboration with institutions and government agencies in the region, Al Falah University signed an agreement yesterday with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority to support all areas of education and the exchange of experiences, information, conferences, scientific research and training workshops.
Executive Director of Support and Corporate Communications, Mullah Abdul Rahim and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Sameer Barghouthi signed an agreement at the headquarters of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority yesterday. Deans and faculties from AFU also attended.
The agreement focused on the fruitful scientific partnership for the transfer of expertise and exchange of knowledge between the two sides in addition to the seminars and scientific research that will help develop the level of education in the United Arab Emirates.
Under the agreement, Al Falah University grants 10% off of tuition fees for all employees of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority including relatives to first degree to encourage the demand for education especially in the fields and disciplines that the labor market needs in the United Arab Emirates.
Al Falah University suggests that cooperation with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority is one of the effective steps that will contribute to achieving the nominal scientific objectives of the community in the UAE to provide a high degree of quality in the educational field.
