The bylaws of the Board of Trustees regulate its responsibilities and procedures.  The By-Law aims at facilitating the execution of Law, providing a framework for the authority to be exercised by the administrative and academic departments/units concerned and setting out the policies and decision-making procedures to be observed in all aspects of the university activities, in a way that would enable AFU to play its role and to achieve its vision, mission and goals.

This policy details the guidelines for identifying potential conflicts of interest for members of the Board of Trustees.

This policy states all meetings of the Board shall be held in compliance with the provisions of applicable law. The Board shall meet a minimum of twice yearly, and/or in emergency cases.

This policy covers the procedure for the approval and revision of curricula, including individual courses.

This policy is to identify the suitable number of students allowed for various class rooms, laboratories and other activities within University campus that may influence students learning experience.

This policy and supporting guidelines describe the framework and responsibilities for the management of occupational health & safety at AFU.

This policy pertains to the unauthorized or unlawful possession, use, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances or alcohol on University property or as a part of any of the University's activities is expressly prohibited.

This policy covers the guidelines regarding sanctions for offenders such as dismissal or other appropriate punishment following AFU’s investigation and substantiation of the complaint and compliance with due process requirements.
