The College of Law seeks to educate students with their rights and responsibilities by providing them exemplary quality of instruction as well as hands-on experience. AFU provides the community with qualified graduates capable of upgrading legal professions, who add value to this field and to the organizations they work for. The science of Law is a social science specializing in studying human actions, reactions and overall behavior of individuals and groups.
During their studies, the students can develop powerful analytical tools to improve their ability to formulate opinions based on a logical sequence, and provide students with legal knowledge and broad methodologies; thus, paving the way for themselves to further specialize in the legal field, whether in the public and private sectors.
A Bachelor of Law degree opens up to students a distinctive career range of opportunities in the judicial, legal field to be able to work at law offices and/or courts in the united Arabic emirates.
The university offers a four-year program in Bachelor of Law. The main language of instruction is Arabic language. It also provides computer skills that are essential to students in workplaces. The degree is awarded upon successful completion of the Law courses comprising of 135 credit hours, normally completed in four academic years (8 semesters).
