Application to Convert the Actual Grade to Pass/Fail Grade
Students are provided the option to choose their grade evaluation system during the distance learning period, Spring and Summer Semester for the Academic Year 2019-2020.Students could choose between the Pass/Fail grade system or the usual grading system with letters equivalent to their marks. The student's choice of grade evaluation system will be reflected in their academic record and would not affect their GPA. For students opting for the Pass/Fail grade system, kindly fill the application form (A32) shown below and follow the instructions below
The procedure:
*The student must apply for the mark conversion within a week of the results announcement.
*The student must have the minimum passing grade to be eligible for grade conversion.
*The student must fill out Form A32 after the results announcement.
*The application must be sent via email to Admissions and Registration Unit official email address registration@afu.ac.ae
